MENTORSHIP

Mentorship is an important aspect of learning experience at Ignite IAS. Mentorship programme is a building block for those looking to gain more insight and proper knowledge in their careers, or looking for expertise. Our Mentors under the overall guidance of Chief Mentor, help the students in better understanding and honing their skills and expertise. They assist the students on how to handle all type of situations, and also to get insights into the cultural, social and political environment in which they live. Mentorship helps those looking for the assistance and guidance by not only teaching them professional and intelligent application of their skill and knowledge, but also by providing them with a personalized, warm, and caring approach to clear any confusion or ambiguity arising on various issues dealt with during their learning process. Our aim is to produce able and efficient administrators with leadership qualities through our unique Mentorship Programme.
