Mutyala Bharat Kumar is an accomplished educator, advocate, and EdTech entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience mentoring Civil Services aspirants across India. Renowned for his engaging teaching and results-driven approach, he has guided many students to success in UPSC and State Public Service Commission examinations.

An LLB graduate and practicing High Court Advocate, Bharat Kumar also holds postgraduate degrees in Computer Applications and Economics. His multidisciplinary expertise adds analytical depth to subjects like Indian Economy, Governance, Ethics and Current Affairs.

As the Dean of Ignite IAS, he continues to inspire and empower aspirants through his vision of holistic preparation—integrating academic excellence, ethical values, and real-world awareness—to shape India’s next generation of civil servants.

Mohan Benerji​

Mohan Benarji Reddy is an accomplished educator with over 14 years of experience mentoring Civil Services aspirants across India. Known for his engaging and result-oriented teaching, he has guided many students to success in UPSC and State Public Service Commission examinations. He has served as a Senior Faculty in reputed IAS institutions in Hyderabad and Delhi, specializing in subjects such as Indian Economy, Indian Society, International Relations, Internal Security, and Anthropology (Optional).

An alumnus of NIT Warangal, Mr. Reddy holds B.Tech and M.Tech degrees, along with M.A. in Anthropology and M.A. in Economics (pursuing). He has cleared UPSC Prelims and Mains, and appeared for interviews in both CSE and Group 1 Services. Before entering academics, he worked as a Senior Engineer at L&T, Mumbai, contributing to the INS Arihant—India’s first nuclear submarine.

A passionate researcher and author, he has published IEEE papers on power systems and submitted papers on Hunting and Gathering Societies in Anthropology. His upcoming books on Socio-Cultural Anthropology and Indian Anthropology reflect his commitment to integrating academic excellence with ethical and holistic preparation to nurture India’s next generation of civil servants.

Professional Summary: I have been teaching English language, Soft skills and News paper analysis for current affairs for the last two and half decades at various levels, i.e. from junior to PG level including in professional colleges and reputed coaching centers in Hyderabad. As a certified trainer from Infosys’ Gachibowli campus, I have conducted  Infosys Soft Skills programme for many batches in Engineering colleges including Orientation Programmes for faculty on Pedagogy and Soft Skills. I have also rich experience in giving training for various competitive exams like GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, UPSC, SSC, CSAT, Group -1,2 and BANK examinations. With my ELT back ground from CIEFL, Hyderabad and Journalism from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Hyderabad, I have expertise in Language and Communication areas and News paper analysis besides Student psychology and Pedagogy.

I am Priyadarshini History and Current affairs faculty. I have over 5 years of experience. My pedagogy is NCERT centric for inter students and for higher classes I do emphasize exam centricity. My daily newspaper sessions involve developing students’ capacities to deal with newspapers rather than monotonous lectures.

Vinod Kumar​

I am Vinod Kumar, faculty of international relations, Indian society and current affairs. I have 5 years of teaching experience. My way of teaching Indian society is of holistic understanding linking with current scenarios. I teach Inter-national relations in an interactive way, by giving scenario-based examples, which reflects on the overall understanding of the concept. On a whole, current affairs are the pillars of the UPSC preparation, which directs in meeting the needs of this journey.

Mr. Srikanth Pagilla is a passionate educator and mentor with over five years of teaching excellence, specializing in simplifying Indian Polity for UPSC aspirants and Legal Reasoning for CLAT students.

He has served as an Assistant Professor at a reputed law college, where he contributed significantly to academic excellence and student mentorship.
